【Composition】(Non-medical) Disposable Face mask (hereinafter referred to as mask) is composed of a mask body, a nose bar and headbands.

【Materials】The mask body is composed of white Melt-blown Fabric polypropylene, white Melt-blown Fabric polypropylene, white Melt-blown Fabric polypropylene ,air-through cotton Ethylene-Propylene Side By Side fiber and white polypropylene Spunbonded (from inside to outside); the nose bar is made of Polypropylene + iron wire, Double Core; the headbands are made of White Nylon + Spandex; the breathing valve is made of polypropylene + Silica gel.

【Application】It is applicable to protect against particles except for escape purpose, and only applicable to personal protection.

【Contraindication】It is forbidden for those who are allergic to non-woven fabric, nylon or spandex.

【Compliance】This filtering half masks is designed to protect against particles, it has passed EN149:2001+A1:2009 to show conformity to the EHSR of Regulation (EU) 2016/425.

【Before using】

Please check prior to use to ensure:

1.the headbands is well

2.the mask has not exceeded its shelf life

3.please do not use the mask if the package is damaged

4.please do not use the mask if discovered any damages, holes, dirt, contaminants on the mask.

【Donning instruction】

1.Adjust and fasten the headbands to keep mask body closely to your nose and face.

2.Adjust the nose clip and press it, and keep it closely to nose and face.

3.Close to the face, and stretch the mask until it fully covers the nose, mouth and chin.

Exhale sharply to check the airtightness. If air leaks around the nose, readjust the headbands and the nose clip as described in step 1 and step 2 to eliminate leakage. if air leaks at the mask edges, adjust the mask position slowly. repeat this procedure until the mask fits properly

4.If damaged, smelly or damp, please replace it with a new one immediately.

【Warning】

1.This product is suitable for daily protection;

2.Before use, please ensure there is no damage or pollution on the overall appearance, good elasticity of headbands, and no damage or fracture on the nose clip.

3.When you wear the mask, please follow the donning instruction to ensure the mask fits correctly without leakage.

4.When you feel hard to breathe, dizziness or other maladjustment, please leave the contaminated area immediately. When the breathing resistance of the mask becomes larger, replace the mask immediately.

5.This product is single use only, it should not be used for more than one shift.

6.Do not modify, clean, abuse or misuse this mask.

7.Avoid hand contact with the inside of the mask;

8.The mask shall be replaced in time when it is wet.

9.Patients with severe respiratory disease, COPD, cardiovascular disease and pregnant women should use this mask with caution.

10. It is unlikely that the requirements for leakage will be achieved if facial hair passes under the face seal”

11. Don’t use equipment in explosive atmosphere

12.This mask does not supply oxygen and must not be used in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.

13. Failure to follow all instructions and limitations on the usage of this product could reduce the effectiveness of mask and may cause health injury or death.

【Maintenance】This mask is not reusable, please do not clean or disinfect to reuse.

【Storage conditions】 It shall be stored in a clean room with a temperature of - 20 ℃ - + 30 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 80%, no corrosive gas and good ventilation.

【Transport conditions】 The product shall be loaded and transported in covered carriage and cabin, and kept clean to avoid heavy pressure, sunshine and rain.
